NIBM executes all its training and certification operations through a unique network of Examination Institutes (EIs) and Course Providers (Course Providers). NIBM recognizes and appoints Examination Institutes in different regions across the globe who in turn assess the applications from eligible course providers within their jurisdiction for running all or some of the NIBM programs, and forward them to NIBM for final approval.

The course provider accreditation procedure establishes that an intending course provider has the procedures and resources in place to deliver a training program that meets NIBM requirements for the certification program(s) to be delivered while maintaining the integrity of the assessment process.

Minimum Requirement
Any organization willing to become a course provider must meet certain requirements for their applications to be considered. The applicant organization must meet at least the following minimum requirements (subject to change)
- Must have an existing training center with all the required local business registrations
- Must have all the training tools installed at the premises
- The training area must be at least 144 Square Meters (excluding other office amenities)
- The applicant organization must forward their trainer(s) profile along with their application for becoming a course provider. The trainer must have a minimum of 7 years of real time experience in the domain including a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training (if you are applying for multiple courses, each course must have a separate trainer who meets the above requirements)
- A fair recruitment policy based on equality (no discrimination based on gender, race, sexual orientation etc.. you are required to submit your HR policy document and organization chart along with the application)
Note – The above list is just indicative and not exhaustive. NIBM reserves the right to amend the minimum requirements. If the minimum requirements are amended after your application is approved, fair amount of notice period will be given to adapt to the new requirements.
