NIBM’s certifications are globally recognized qualifications, and hence a great amount care is taken to ensure the quality of its certification process, from application through post certification, more particularly with all our certification programs under “PROFESSIONAL” category.

Audit Process


NIBM’s audit process is a quality assurance procedure to maintain the highest quality of NIBM certification. Every time an application is received for a certification program under PROFESSIONAL category, candidates are required to submit a qualification of their education, work experience and class room training in a related field, if any. NIBM’s certification board may randomly pick up any application for an audit. In case your application has been picked up for an audit, please note the following points.

  • At the time of application, you are advised to provide only such information which can be proven in case of an audit.
  • An audit form will be sent to your Examination Institute immediately upon the receipt of the application.
  • The above said audit form will seek detailed information about your educational qualification, work experience, job role, immediate supervisor, timelines etc.
  • You will be required to fill in the information, get the forms attested by the concerned people (like your co-workers, supervisors and line managers) and submit it to the authorized person at your examination institute
  • Once you submit the form at the Examination Institute, you acknowledge and consent for NIBM to contact the people you mentioned in the audit form to verify the information.
  • Any deliberate misrepresentation or omission of facts will forever suspend your right to appear for all NIBM certification programs in the future.
  • Please note that the decision of NIBM’s certification board will be final and binding upon all candidates, training centres and examination institutes.


Once the audit process is complete, your examination institute will receive a formal communication from NIBM approving the application.
